We Don't Sell Phone Plans
In Singapore, there are lots of companies selling VoIP phone services.
The big names—Singtel, StarHub, M1, MyRepublic—offer plans at competitive prices.
Then there are smaller providers (called SBOs) who add their own services on top of the usual voice lines, like CRM integration or custom support.
We’re not one of them.
We don’t resell VoIP lines. We’re not trying to compete in that space. And we don’t earn anything by recommending someone to you.

If necessary, we explain everything clearly to the VoIP provider too, so your requirements don’t get lost in tech-speak.


Maintaining your Server
We help keep your server relevant to your business requirements.
You tell us how you want calls to flow, and we take care of the configuration.
We also work directly with the VoIP provider so that everything lines up—from account settings to SIP trunks to call handling rules.
We’ll connect your desk phones, mobile apps, and computer softphones so your team can make and receive calls easily.
Example: One client wanted missed calls during office hours to ring a backup mobile line in Singapore.
After-hours calls needed to go to voicemail, with an email alert sent to their team.
We drew out the flow, worked with their SBO provider, and got the whole system working—without the client needing to deal with technical back-and-forth.
